Many of the traditional events are back for Littleton’s fall clean up.
The 28th annual Household Hazardous Material and Electronics Recycling Drop-off will take place on Saturday, September 7 and 14 from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. To participate you must be a resident of Littleton, Englewood, Sheridan or Columbine Valley. Proff of residency is required.
There will be a $10, $20 or $40 co-payment depending on the material and or equipment to be recycled or dropped off. Click here for more detailed information.
The 2019 Large Item Drop Off Event will take place on Saturday, September 21, from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m.
Dumpsters and metal recycling containers will be available for city residents to dispose of large items that would normally be an extra service through their waste hauler.
Dumpsters will be available from 8 a.m. until noon. This event is for Littleton residents only. There is no charge for this service, but proof of residency is required (a photo ID, driver’s license, or passport). The Littleton Leaf Recycling Program returns for three Saturdays. October 26, November 2, and November 11, from . 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. There is no Littleton or Englewood residency requirement. It is free for leaf drop-off. For tree branches, shrubs and mixed loads of organic recyclables will be charged the regular gate fee of $12 per cubic yard. Visit Littletongov.org for more details.
