New wet concrete and a bull float.

The City of Littleton is replacing sidewalks but would like to make sure that vehicles can be removed from garages and driveways prior to the start of the project. If you have a driveway on Prentice Avenue between South Delaware Street and South Hickory Street please contact Matthew Matuszewski at 303-601-4783 or mmatuszewski@littletongov.org.

The city has hired Triple M Construction to replace the concrete sidewalks on the north side of West Prentice Avenue from South Delaware Street to South Hickory Street. This project is funded by a Federal Community Development Block Grant and will take one to two weeks to complete.

The new sidewalk will be 60 inches wide (28” wider than the existing) and have a vertical curb. The city wants residents to know that streets will not be closed, but on-street parking adjacent to work areas will not be available for several days. The city will begin construction during the week November 12th and the work should be completed by the week of November 19.  Crews will begin work on the west side and will move east as the project is completed.

The city asks that all irrigation systems are turned off while crews are working and that individuals don’t drive on the new driveway until after the barricades have been removed.  If there are additional questions please feel free to contact Matthew Matuszewski.
